Elevate Global recently partnered up with Sia Soft and UbiOps to bring state-of-the-art wind and solar generation forecasting to the Western European market. Elevate Global’s proprietary forecasting technology will be combined with Sia Soft’s product delivery services and UbiOps’s applications platform to provide forecasts of future electricity production from wind and solar sources.
The partnership is targeting Holland as its first market, having recently successfully completed a pilot project for a small solar park in eastern Amsterdam. Better forecasting of the amount of electricity that will be generated by renewable sources leads to increasing the efficiency of green energy, generating costs savings as well as greater profits for producers, as well as accelerating the transition to green energy thus contributing to the battle against climate change.
Elevate Global provides autonomous time-series forecasting services for energy and telecommunications industries.
